About the Heacock Organization

Heacock Insurance was established by Ford Heacock Sr. in 1922 in the young community of Sebring, FL.  During those early years Heacock was the only insurance agency located along the ridge of central Florida.  Prior to 1922, the nearest insurance agency was in Tampa, which was a 2-day journey over unpaved roads. 

Today, the Heacock Group of companies have grown and expanded to include several operating divisions with a related purpose.

HEACOCK INSURANCE is an independent insurance agency offerling all lines of property and casualty insurance from dozens of leading insurance companies.

HEACOCK PAYROLL is an Administrative Services Organization (ASO) providing a bundle of services to help employers outsource payroll administration,  We combine payroll check processing, payroll tax processing, workers compensation and employee benefits into a single one-stop, easy-to-pay package. 

HEACOCK FINANCIAL is an independent broker/dealer representing Raymond James for securities and investment managment services.

HEACOCK CLASSIC is a national program providing insurance for the collector car hobby.  Heacock Classic provides "Agreed Value" coverage for collector cars at rates which are much lower than family auto insurance.
