Jason Heacock Joins Heacock Insurance Group

Lakeland, Florida (July 13, 2012)—Heacock Insurance Group is pleased to announce Jason Heacock has rejoined the family-owned insurance business.  Heacock recently relocated his family to Lakeland from Atlanta, GA where he was the Southeast Property Claims Manager for The Hanover Insurance Group for the past 7 years.  Prior to joining Hanover, he worked in the Sebring office of Heacock Insurance.  Ford Heacock, President of Heacock Insurance Group said “Jason makes a great addition to our Lakeland office and we are pleased to have him back in Florida bringing his management and insurance claims expertise to the family business.”

Dusty Johnson Named as In-coming Chairman of Florida Young Agents Council 

Lakeland, Florida (July 6, 2012)—Dusty Johnson of Heacock Insurance Group has been named as the 2012 – 2013 Chairman of the Young Agents Council of the Florida Association of Insurance Agents. He was inducted at the Florida Young Agents Council annual convention recently held at Gaylord Palms in Orlando, Florida. Johnson was one of the featured speakers and addressed the convention prior to Governor Rick Scott’s presentation to the group.  Johnson is currently the Commercial Lines Manager at Heacock Insurance Group in the Sebring office.
