February Employee Highlight

Meet Roland Bishop. He’s one of our commercial lines producers at Heacock Insurance group. He grew up in Sebring and went to school at Northwood University. His family is in the dairy business and owns Bishop Brothers Dairy Inc. He married his lovely wife Marla in 2016 and is obsessed with BBQ. If he wasn’t in insurance, he’d probably be a pilot.

3.Favorite Band: This is a hard one.  I’ve seen well over 100 bands in concert and it’s tough to pick just one.
4.Favorite Team: Historically the Gators, but my brother-in-law is playing football for UCF starting next year so now it’s UCF
5.Favorite TV Show: Anything with Anthony Bourdain, currently his show is called Parts Unknown
6.Hobbies: Travel, fishing, cooking, college football
7.Obsessions: Out of everything, probably BBQ.
8.Strong Suit: Dependable, Honest
9.If I wasn’t in Insurance: Possibly a pilot.
